Outstanding battery life:
If Nokia's claims are accurate, the N8 and its (1200 mAh) battery should yield 720 minutes of talk time, a lot of talk time!
HDMI plug:
The HDMI port will be useful to watch HD (1280 x 720 resolution) videos recorded with the Nokia N8 on an HDTV (HDMI cable might be sold separately).
