I work for AT&T as a sales rep and I originally thought this phone was going to be great, until I played with one.

The touch screen is a joke! It is EXTREMELY unresponsive. It you will have to hit the screen several times before it will actually go to what you want it to go to.

Also you can not bluetooth ringtones or pictures, that in itself would be enough of a reason to avoid it.

I have all but refused to sell this phone to customers and even if customers decide to buy it against my suggestion, it only takes a couple of days before they bring it back telling me how horrible it is.

A 1.3 MGpxl Camera?? Whats up with that...

What is the operating system java or windows mobile?

Well I have had this phone for about a week now and will have to say that I'm very disappointed with it. I got this phone for Christmas and when I was first using it it was good. But now that I've been using it every day it seems to get worse and worse. The touch screen freezes up on it constantly and I have to turn it off and back on to get it to work. The battery life on it is much to be desired… Does not last long at all.. Has to be charged every night. I wouldn't get this phone…. Looks cool but not reliable… Look into a different one.. I'm going to exchange this one for something better.

It's a good phone for texting. The Screen has a lag to it. Buttons are to small phone is better for the younger kids. It not that durable with being made of a cheap plastic. The best full keyboard camera phone would have to be the samsung eternity. Easy to use and a lot better of a touch screen

I don't like that the battery dies within a day.
but I text alott so that's probley why
and sometimes it freezes up the touchscreen does.
but I love this phone and am looking frward to the next two years with it:)

seems most looking for a phone that has good camera.. if thats the case. go get the se w760. 3.15 mp.. good interface,

i work as a cust care rep for warranty for att.. from the day this phone is released(probably just the 1st batch of this phone) theres already problems with the sliding part that top part might get lose(att sent us a product advisory regards to those phones), and freezes a lot as most customer complai most.. if its still under 30 days.. insist it to be replaced with new units from the place you purchase it or call.. att to have it replace by mail.

I like the design but it doesn't have that much features in it.I would say that over all its a pretty nice phone.

I think this is one of the best phones made by at&t so far!!!!!!!!!!!!!
