Samsung Theme Designer is a official program by Samsung for creating Themes yourself for Samsung Mobile Phones.

Samsung Theme Designer 1.0.0 is an authoring tool for designers and developers to create Theme content for Samsung mobile phones. Samsung Theme Designer supports native Samsung Mobile phones. And Samsung Theme Designer doesn't support Symbian, Windows, or Android Mobile development. Samsung Theme Designer gives you independence of designing themes using Wallpapers, Color combination, effects by your choice.

The authoring tool includes model specific pre-set information, image/animation components, preview function, and sample theme templates.

The interface of the software is however simple which makes working easy. Open the program, choose whether the phone is Touch screen (TouchWiz 3.0) or non touch, then select model to move on. For your ease, tutorial is added to the program.
