I love this Phone, i got the white one and its amazing. I had it for about 3 weeks now and the keys have not cracked yet; i hope it doesnt in the future.

i got the new red one 7th phone this year, i am pretty rigorous with my phones, and to my surprise this one has stood up to the test. Although the slider did become very erratic, with further use the problem was solved. There are also some blotchy spots on the screen, perhaps caused by heat? Not too sure...

The new red one has different keys, i have had my red one for a few months, and the keys havent broke yet, compared to my old black one. where the 2,5 and 8 broke quickly..

I hate this phone so much. Never haveI had so many problems with one phone. The keypad is known throughout the world to crack in half. And in addition, the sliding of the screen gets gritty and stuck on mine. I got it fixed and a diagnostic was ran and no other problems were found. HOWEVER after 2 months from getting it fixed, the screen and phone lights just freeze sometimes. I got it fixed again.
Overall this is probably the worst phone in the world in terms of quality.

good phone, would like a bit bigger keypad, but it looks slick, wish they had one in black with red on the back and where are some covers for this phone if they have any?

i love it to, but if you are a big txter do not by it. your buttons will crack in the middle. but i dont txt to muchso mine is juuusssttt fine.

Love the phone:D I have the white/orange one..Wish the key pads where a bit bigger but still overall amazing phone..

I agree with all of the comments below this the best fone ever. You can do allot of things with it but its not the best for texting because of the small keyboard. I got the urban grey and i love it. My favorite thing about it you can make your own themes for it wit some software. I highly reccomend it. :)

ive got a urban grey one (blue n grey) i agree with the other comment it is a great phone had it since xmas love the shake control and the fitness applications well worth the money i would definatly recomend it

ive got it in pink and it is the best fone ive had yet..
The Walkman + Shake Is the best also ,, downloading themes of the internet and games isnt a problem .. the any fault is that MSN doestn work on it =[
