ummm i can't find the mp3 encoder thing on my mac.. were is it??

I have done all of your instructions exactly. The ringtone shows up in my list on my phone but the phone does not give me the option to 'Set as ringtone' for that mp3 file. Everything else works just fine except that, hence I am not able to set the mp3 as a ringtone. I am using a Motorola Razr V3. Please send your reply to boo@boutteconsulting.com. Thanks
